Mr. Puskar joined Keevican Weiss & Bauerle LLC in 2020. He practices in the areas of corporate, real estate and business. Mr. Puskar has represented owners, developers, landlords, contractors and professionals in a wide variety of business transactions and civil litigation. He has substantial experience drafting and negotiating contracts and leases and providing counseling regarding dispute avoidance.
Originally from Pittsburgh, he attended Mt. Lebanon High School in the South Hills and graduated from the University of Vermont in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science minor. His senior thesis on the Truman Doctrine received the Phi Alpha Theta Essay Award for excellence. History, particularly civil war history, continues to be an enthusiasm and he enjoys annual trips to the Gettysburg battlefield. He also enjoys skiing and Pittsburgh sports.
Mr. Puskar graduated from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2011 and practiced with a firm in Central Pennsylvania for a number of years where he received the 2013 Cumberland County Bar Association Pro Bono Award. He was also a volunteer attorney at the Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center in York, Pennsylvania. Mr. Puskar was admitted as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association in October 2011. He is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association Real Property Section and Young Lawyers’ Division.
