Daniel L. Puskar

Mr. Puskar practices in the areas of corporate law, real estate and estate planning.  He has represented owners, developers, landlords, contractors and professionals in a wide variety of business transactions and civil litigation and has experience drafting and negotiating contracts and leases and counseling clients regarding dispute avoidance. 

Mr. Puskar practiced with a firm in Central Pennsylvania for a number of years where he received the 2013 Cumberland County Bar Association Pro Bono Award.  He was also a volunteer attorney at the Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center in York, Pennsylvania.  Mr. Puskar is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association including its Real Property Section.  He is also a member of the Allegheny County HYP Club.
